I-SERV LLC was founded by Jim Eberlin, a serial SaaS entrepreneur known for building some of the most successful enterprise SaaS companies in the industry. Jim has a long track record of identifying unmet needs in the market and creating category-defining solutions that transform how businesses operate.

His entrepreneurial journey spans three highly influential companies:

Jim founded Host Analytics—now known as Planful—as one of the first cloud-based enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms. Planful helped modernize financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for enterprise teams around the world.

Next, Jim co-founded Gainsight, the company that defined and popularized the Customer Success category. Today, Gainsight is used by leading SaaS companies globally to manage customer health, retention, adoption, and growth.

Jim later founded TopOPPS to solve a problem he saw repeatedly across his sales teams: the need for an accurate, AI-driven sales forecasting platform. TopOPPS was acquired by Xactly and became Xactly Forecasting, one of the most advanced sales forecasting solutions in the market.

After years of working closely with enterprise customers, Jim recognized that many organizations needed expert guidance to fully unlock the value of platforms like Xactly Forecasting and Gainsight. The technology is powerful, but without experienced implementation and optimization support, many teams struggle to realize its full potential.

I-SERV was created to solve that problem.
